Licensed Lash Artist (Full-Time / Part-Time) — Up to $5,000/month + Weekly Tips

Job Summary
Licensed Lash Artist — earn $3,200–$5,000/month + weekly tips at an established Vegas studio. FT/PT opening and closing shifts at Rainbow and St. Rose locations. Commission up to 50%, semi-monthly pay, PTO, all supplies provided. Classic, volume, hybrid, mega volume. NV Cosmetology or Esthetics license required. Apply today.

What You Can Earn

Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

• Building retention (months 1–5): $2,400–$3,800/month
• Established (month 6+): $3,200–$5,500/month, with top performers exceeding $5,500

Part-Time (29 hrs/week)

• Building retention (months 1–5): $1,600–$2,800/month
• Established (month 6+): $2,000–$4,000/month, with top performers exceeding $4,000

Includes service commission + weekly tips. Retail commission is additional.

Compensation Structure

• Service commission: Starts at 40% (PT) / 43% (FT) → up to 50% with strong KPI performance
• Retail commission: 20% on all product sales (on top of service pay)
• Tips: Paid out every Friday
• Paychecks: Semi-monthly on the 10th and 25th

What We're Looking For

• Current Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetics license (required)
• Proven experience with full lash sets — classic, volume, hybrid, and/or mega volume
• Detail-oriented technique with strong time management
• Availability for opening or closing shifts
• Willingness to work at Henderson & Las Vegas location
