Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and related treatments with meticulous attention to detail and safety protocols
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look, providing expert recommendations tailored to their eye shape and style preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations, including proper sterilization of tools and workspaces
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Square
• Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty essentials through friendly upselling and product demos
• Engage with clients during their visit to provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience
• Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments, and safety procedures to continually elevate service quality

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician license with specialization in lash extensions and eye treatments
• Proven experience performing eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and related cosmetic procedures
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, including sterilization techniques for tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain treatment options clearly
• Ability to manage retail sales confidently while upselling complementary products like makeup or skincare items
• Experience with additional skills such as facials, wax, and makeup is a plus but not required
• A passion for the beauty industry combined with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
