Licensed Lash Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in beauty services, particularly in eyelash extensions, and will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a commitment to providing clients with the highest level of care and satisfaction.

Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision and artistry to enhance clients' natural beauty.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Vagaro.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments with your clients, checking them out if management is unavailable.
• Promote additional services such as brow shaping, brow lamination, and tinting.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products related to eyelash extensions and other beauty services.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in eyelash extension application techniques and knowledge of sanitation practices.
• Background in cosmetology or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform retail sales and upselling of products/services during client interactions.
