Licensed Lash Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and client-focused Lash Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing high-quality lash extension services while creating a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for every guest. Candidates must be certified and proficient in both Hybrid and Volume lash extension applications and committed to delivering exceptional results through customized lash designs tailored to each client’s goals and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Perform lash extension services including Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash sets, fills, removals, and lash consultations.
• Create handmade custom volume fans and apply advanced lash techniques to achieve customized, high-quality results.
• Assess client needs and create customized lash styling plans based on eye shape, lash health, and desired results.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Utilize salon software such as Vagaro for appointment scheduling, client documentation, and transaction processing.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to ensure optimal retention and lash health.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that support lash longevity and enhance client results.
• Assist with social media content creation by showcasing lash work, promoting services, and engaging with clients online.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by providing a positive experience from consultation through checkout.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a professional, organized, and supportive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid State Esthetician or Cosmetology License required.
• Certification in both Hybrid and Volume Lash Extension techniques required.
• Must be proficient in creating handmade custom volume fans; premade fan-only experience will not be considered.
• Previous lash extension experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of lash health, styling, retention, mapping, and advanced application techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Experience with retail sales and product recommendations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vagaro or similar salon management software is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality results.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $33.29 per hour
