Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Active Georgia Life & Health/Sickness Insurance License (required)
  • Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you are a natural relationship builder
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to exceed goals
  • Comfortable working within a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented in all client interactions
  • Proficiency with basic CRM or agency management tools

Responsibilities

  • Follow up promptly and persistently on warm leads provided by the agency
  • Educate clients on life and health insurance products and coverage options
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative, client-focused recommendations
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales production targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate client records and document all follow-up activity
  • Build lasting client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Collaborate with agency staff to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Stay current on Allstate product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
