Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

This is a hybrid role for a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist at Solution Focused Family Counseling INC. The role is located in Santa Ana, CA with some work from home flexibility. The Therapist will be responsible for providing relationship counseling, counseling, psychology, family therapy, and mental health support. Clients will be provided by office. Pay is %70-%30 split. Collection varies based on insurance payments which ranges from $100 for hybrid to $150 for in person ( usually somewhere in between). Free use of office for in-person clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy skills
• Expertise in Counseling and Mental Health practices
• Degree in Psychology or related field
• Licensure as a LMFT in California for 2 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working with diverse populations
• Agree to provide paid group supervision
