Revive Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Dermatology-Led Aesthetics team.

Operating alongside Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, PLLC, Revive Medical Spa delivers results-driven aesthetic treatments within a medically directed environment. Our Wellness & Recovery services and Curated Body Experiences are designed to complement advanced skin treatments while supporting total-body wellness.

Position Overview

The Licensed Massage Therapist will provide customized massage services that support recovery, relaxation, and overall well-being within a clinical aesthetics setting. This role is ideal for a therapist who values professionalism, collaboration, and delivering elevated experiences that align with a dermatology-led practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massage services
• Deliver all massage modalities offered as part of our Wellness & Recovery and Curated Body Experiences
• Create a calm, elevated, and client-focused treatment environment
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage for recovery, stress reduction, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with aestheticians and medical providers to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Uphold the standards of professionalism expected in a medically directed aesthetics practice

Requirements

• Current Arkansas Massage Therapy License
• Experience in multiple massage modalities
• Evening and weekend availability
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Comfort working within a clinical, dermatology-led environment
