Job Summary: Are you a passionate massage therapist eager to grow both personally and professionally in a supportive and innovative environment? Belle Journee Spa is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time massage therapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn from an industry veteran who has successfully curated a menu of client-loved services. You will receive an elite 90-day onboarding experience that will immerse you in the art and science of exceptional spa treatments. You will learn the intricacies of each treatment you will provide, giving you the knowledge to provide these tailored treatments with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of massage services, including but not limited to: Swedish, deep tissue, couples, and hot stone massages.
• Offer body treatments such as body scrubs, body wraps, and foot treatments.
• Tailor each service to meet the individual needs of every client, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
• Manage and book client appointments using our booking system.
• Check clients in and out, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from start to finish.
• Help maintain a clean and tidy spa environment, contributing to the overall serenity and professionalism of our space.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Arkansas massage therapist license.
• Newly licensed graduates are welcome to apply, as we value fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn.
• A dual license in esthetics is desired but not necessary.
• 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.
• Passion for providing exceptional client care and personalized services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

You are NOT and Ideal Candidate if you:

• Tend to focus on workplace chatter more than client care.
• You have arrived late to your last 3 appointments
• Prefer working independently to joining a team-focused environment
