Sacred Wellness, a massage and bodywork sanctuary, is looking for an experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. We’ve created the best of both worlds for passionate massage therapists who values autonomy and wants to be part of something bigger than working alone.

Position Details:

• Creative Freedom: Bring your unique specialties and techniques to the table! Independent contractors have the opportunity to contribute and feature their signature services as part of the Sacred Wellness' treatment menu.
• Environment: Represent Sacred Wellness while managing your own clients and enjoying a low-overhead setup in a supportive, serene space
• Schedule: Wednesday – Friday
• Compensation: commission-based pay
• Status: Independent Contractor*
• Supplies Provided: Oils, linens, and use of our GlossGenius booking site

*Independent contractors must hold an active Nevada State and City of Reno Business License.

Requirements:

• Valid Nevada massage therapy license
• State of Nevada business license and City of Reno business license (we can assist with the process)
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to massage
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to anticipate client needs.
• Previous experience in a massage/spa setting is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
