Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand client concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Deliver skincare services such as facials, exfoliations, waxing, and other esthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare routines, and wellness practices to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and occupational safety standards.
• Keep detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes for ongoing care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and esthetics.
• Proven experience in patient service, assessment, and pain management techniques.
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients empathetically.
• Familiarity with occupational health protocols to ensure safe practice environments.
• Prior med spa or wellness center experience is highly desirable for this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
