Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage to address client needs and pain management.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual health conditions and goals.
• Provide professional skincare treatments as an esthetician, including facials, skin analysis, exfoliation, and other customized skincare services.
• Educate clients on proper skin care routines, post-treatment care, and wellness practices to support ongoing health benefits.
• Maintain detailed treatment records, ensuring accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.
• Uphold strict sanitation and safety standards in compliance with state licensing requirements and occupational health regulations.
• Foster excellent customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Skills

• Proven expertise in patient service with a focus on personalized care and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and skincare treatments.
• Skilled in patient assessment techniques to identify specific needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic modalities for pain management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with occupational health standards and best practices for maintaining a safe treatment environment.

Pay: $36.77 - $44.29 per hour
