BlueAloe Day Spa is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team in the heart of Downtown Sarasota’s Historic Village.

With new leadership and a renewed focus on team culture and client care, we are entering an exciting new chapter centered around natural wellness, consistency, and a supportive work environment. Our approach is rooted in helping clients relax, restore, and feel their best through personalized, thoughtful treatments.

We’re looking for therapists who are passionate about holistic wellness, take pride in their work, and enjoy creating a calm, positive experience for every guest.

Dual-licensed Massage Therapist/Estheticians are a plus, but not required.

Position Details:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Commission-based position (1099 Independent Contractor)

Compensation:

• $40 per 60-minute massage service
• $5 commission for each enhancement added
• Prorated pay for 90-minute and 2-hour services

Example:
A 60-minute massage with hot stones and aromatherapy = $50 + tips
