About the Space
Located on Laurel Street in a quiet, professional building, our studio offers three fully furnished treatment rooms, each equipped with sinks/hot water, storage, heated massage tables, speakers, hot towel cabbie and all your essential spa equipment. The suite is home to established practitioner and part of The French Door Studio community, fostering a wellness focused atmosphere where your practice can thrive.

Skilled, compassionate, and motivated professionals who pride themselves on exceptional customer service and high-end spa treatments. Ideal for those with an existing practice or looking to expand.

Rental Terms

• First month’s rent +security deposit due at signing
• Initial 3-month trial agreement, transitioning to a 1-year lease
• Proof of California and San Carlos licenses and liability insurance required
