Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Massage therapist wanted to join our team of clinics on Oahu.

Active Massage Therapy License, NPI, and insurance required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform massage therapy techniques on clients to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being.
- Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and goals.
- Utilize various massage techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage to address clients' specific concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a comfortable and safe environment for clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of active Hawaii Massage license.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to massage therapy.
- Ability to assess clients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Experience in acute pain management and pain relief techniques.
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and the ability to address work-related injuries or conditions.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a comfortable environment.
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client preferences and conditions.
- Attention to detail to accurately assess clients' conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Professionalism and integrity in maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
