Job Type: Part-time
Schedule Needs:

• Friday 12p-6p (alternating)
• Saturday 12p-6p (alternating)
• Sunday: 12PM- 5PM
• Monday: 10a-6p begining in May/June 2026

Crystal Rivers Massage Spa is a boutique luxury day spa located in Powder Springs, GA. We specialize in therapeutic and relaxation massage, skincare, and body treatments. Our focus is on providing exceptional client experiences in a serene, professional environment.

We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about bodywork, professionalism, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage services customized to client needs
• Perform various modalities including:
• Swedish & Deep Tissue
• Hot Stone
• Prenatal
• Couples Massage
• Conduct client consultations and maintain accurate treatment records
• Educate clients on treatment plans, self-care, and available add-on services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• Current Georgia Massage Therapy License (active and in good standing)
• Professional liability insurance (required)
• Must be available for the listed days above
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Commitment to building and retaining a client base
• Enthusiastic about working in a boutique day spa environment and seeking a long-term role

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in massage therapy (spa or clinic setting)
• Experience with aromatherapy, cupping, assisted stretching, NMT, or body treatments a plus
• Strong client communication and customer service skills
• Active & dually licensed as Massage Therapist/Esthetician is highly desirable
