Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy sessions, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to individual client needs
• Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Utilize your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure safety
• Educate clients on pain management techniques, occupational health practices, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and licensing standards
• Build strong customer service relationships by listening attentively and addressing client concerns professionally
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while promoting repeat business through excellent service

Skills

• Valid massage therapy license with current certification in your state or region
• Expertise in patient service, assessment, and personalized treatment planning
• Proficiency in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
• Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on professionalism and empathy
• Knowledge of occupational health principles to support clients’ work-related wellness needs
• Experience working in a med spa or similar environment is highly desirable

Pay: $34.77 - $41.87 per hour
