Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) – Part-Time / Contract

Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: Compensation: $20–$25/hr or 35–40% commission (whichever is higher, based on experience)

Commission also available for body contouring and facial services that you upsell

Skin & Sculpt Aesthetics is a modern, high-end spa specializing in non-invasive body contouring and facial treatments. We’re seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with an existing or growing clientele who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. This position offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to work alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage services
• Perform Cupping Therapy (preferred but not required)
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote retention
• Collaborate with team members to cross-refer clients between services
• Market your services and contribute to a positive team environment
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and client confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (Required)
• Experience in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage (Required)
• Established or developing client base (Preferred)
• Client-focused, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to exceptional client care and continuous growth

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available two (2) evenings during the week
• Weekend availability is required
• Some holidays required (with advance notice and rotating schedule)
