Duties

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and botulinum toxin procedures with precision and care.
• Provide a variety of beauty services such as facials, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair styling to meet diverse client needs.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans aligned with their goals.
• Engage with clients through social media management by creating content, promoting services, and responding to inquiries to enhance online presence.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages through excellent customer service and product demos to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, nail care techniques, hair extensions, straight razor shaves, tattooing procedures, and med spa innovations to provide expert advice.
• Support team collaboration by sharing knowledge on management practices and contributing to a positive work environment focused on hospitality excellence.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Master Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in med spa settings or similar environments with expertise in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, and facial therapies.
• Strong background in management including appointment scheduling systems like Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Demonstrated skills in social media management to promote services effectively across platforms.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for retail sales tracking and guest management is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.97 - $33.68 per hour
