Licensed Master Esthetician

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced & passionate Master Esthetician to join our med spa team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various esthetic techniques, have the ability to manage client relationships, and collaborate effectively with a team of health care professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop a treatment plan to achieve their goals
• Maintain strong knowledge of all services and products and educate clients on their treatment options
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including clinical facials, chemical peels, and microneedling treatments
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
• Assist with front desk operations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients online
• Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance skills through professional development

Requirements

• Valid master esthetician license in accordance with WA state regulations
• Experience with full assessments, treatment plan development, and cross-referring patients
• Team player who is eager to collaborate with clinical and administrative staff
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and trends in skincare
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
