We are currently seeking a licensed Master Esthetician to join our team in a part-time, commission-based role. The ideal candidate is confident in advanced skincare treatments, passionate about client care, and motivated to grow their clientele within a supportive and expanding practice.

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• (Approximately 16 hours per week)

Compensation

• 40% commission on all services
• 100% of gratuity
• All professional supplies provided

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on home care routines and recommend retail products to enhance results
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional treatment environment at all times
• Accurately document treatments and client progress in accordance with state regulations
• Contribute to business growth through client retention and optional social media engagement during downtime

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Master Esthetician License (required)
• Strong knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and protocols
• Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience in a medical spa or results-driven setting preferred
• Self-motivated with a desire to build and grow a loyal clientele
