Horizon Path Behavioral Counseling is a growing outpatient behavioral health clinic providing individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and expanding Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP).

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide individual and group therapy services within our outpatient setting and developing IOP program.

This role offers a balanced caseload, consistent client flow, and strong clinical support, including supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions
• Lead structured group therapy sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Apply evidence-based practices (CBT, coping skills, etc.)
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, case management, and psychiatric provider
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation

Schedule and Workload

• Full-time position
• Balanced mix of individual and group sessions
• Designed caseload to support quality care without excessive volume
• Opportunity to participate in IOP programming

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico LMSW license
• Experience with mental health populations preferred
• Experience with group therapy is a plus
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
