Location: New York, NY 10016
Duration: 14 Weeks
Schedule: 35 Hours per Week | Rotating Shifts Between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Including Weekends)
Pay Rate: $55 – $61 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) for an exciting job in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual and group counseling to adult patients experiencing mental health challenges

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and optimize patient care

• Participate in crisis intervention and discharge planning processes

• Deliver case management services and connect patients with appropriate community resources

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation

• Educate and support patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare planning

• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)

• Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) – Primary Source Verification required

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an LMSW

• Experience working with adults with mental illness

• Prior hospital experience preferred
