Licensed Medical Aesthetician

As a Medical Aesthetician at Iridescent Med Spa, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, performing advanced skincare treatments, and driving sales of our premium products and services. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assessing client needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their beauty and wellness journey.

Ideal candidate for this position will have a strong Background in Sales, Ability to work in fast pace environment, Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments, Certifications in Microderm, Peels etc...

Base pay $14.00-$18.00 / per hour (based on experience and skill set)

Schedule: Must be available Weekends and Weekdays (schedule will be set up on hiring).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Treatment Execution: Perform a range of aesthetic procedures and treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced skincare techniques.
• Sales and Service: Promote and sell Iridescent Med Spa’s products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets while providing a high level of customer service.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, personalized care, and exceptional service.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest advancements in skincare and beauty products, as well as Iridescent Med Spa’s offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation, participating in training and development as needed.

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience working in a similar position (preferred)
• Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License in good standing with State Board
• Proficincy in performing Aesthetic Treatments
• Excellent Customer Service
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Previous experience working in a Med Spa setting (preferred)

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Aesthetician / Esthetician License in good standing Required
• 3 years’ Customer Service experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must have the ability to work weekends and the schedule listed above
