Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments ensuring safety and efficacy.
• Provide quality patient care to each individual patient
• Develop customized treatment plans for each patient
• Display knowledge of skin care products, procedures, and pricing
• Record patient medical history, medical conditions and current medications
• Record skin history, skin conditions and current skin regimen
• Select appropriate candidates for treatments (both medically and by skin type)
• Deliver thorough patient education before and after treatment
• Document and take photos before and after each procedure in EMR
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards throughout all treatments, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment options, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida license as a Medical Aesthetician and electrologist.
• Proven experience performing microdermabrasion and relaxing spa facials, hair removal laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare procedures.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients about treatments and products.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a clinical setting.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse patients through excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for continuous learning about new aesthetic techniques and best practices.
• Experience with social media is highly desirable.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
