Job Title: Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in a friendly manner per company protocol
• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
• Schedule patients for appointments and follow ups
• Review necessary patient demographic information and maintain up to date records
• Review patients charts and treatment plans for provider recommendations and adjust as necessary to help clients achieve optimal results
• Educate patients on all services and products to enhance their outcome and experience
• Evaluate clients on suitability for laser, aesthetic, and non surgical cosmetic procedures
• Operate and maintain laser and facial equipment
• Acts as a liason between the President and Medical director to ensure constant ahearence to established patient care standards and protocols
• Maintain knowledge on all services, products, promos, events, and locations
• Checking out patients, processing payments, and updating packages
• Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart
• Examine and evaluate patient’s areas of concern and overall skin health
• Participate in all aspects of client services including answering phones and checking patients in
• Effectively administer patient treatments in a safe, timely manner based on examination, advise and recommend treatment plan(s)
• Consult and advise patients on skin care products and develop product regimens
• Invest in the overall welfare of each patient and develop trust with patients
• Educate patients on treatments including alternatives as well as pre and post-treatment care
• Produce and maintain accurate clinical treatment records in the patient’s medical chart
• Sustain proficiency through continuing education and training on all treatments and services including but not limited to Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Laser Hair Removal, Fraxel and CO2 laser skin resurfacing, Radio Frequency Microneedling, Body Contouring and energy-based Skin Tightening, and Sclerotherapy
• Knowledge and skills to perform MedSpa treatments
• Understanding of professional products within the MedSpa
• Knowledge of proper consent and treatment protocols
• Interacts cooperatively with other MedSpa team members to provide a seamless guest experience
• Present a warm, gracious, and professional persona toward guests and co-workers
• Adhere to high professional image standards such as dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
• Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations
• Actively builds repeat clientele
• Attend and participate in all general and team meetings
• Assist the MedSpa team whenever asked
• Maintain treatment suites/rooms in compliance with sanitation requirements
• Attend qll in-house training and commit to outside continuing education; including but not limited to appropriate state licensure
• Participate in all aspects of marketing/special event planning and execution
• Mentor new team members to help them grow and thrive
• Complete daily checklist of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety
• Adheres to work schedule and has a good work ethic
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Sets and achieves goals and targets
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Active NH Esthetician License
• Special skills/Certifications: Lasers, IPL, Skin Tightening, Micro-needling, body contouring, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills and follow-through
• Passionate about the spa industry
• Above-average product and technical knowledge such as skin analysis and treatment application
• Driven and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
