- Established Aesthetician with clientele

- Scheduling patients for Medical Weight loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Laser, Botox, Fillers, EmsculptNEO, Harmony XL PRO, Opus, Cellutone, hair restoration, IV therapy, peptides and facial appointments

- Marketing the Wellness Clinic generating new clientele

- Weekly Inventory for the Wellness Clinic

- Performing all services required by the Wellness Clinic (Medical Weight loss, Laser, EmsculptNEO treatments, Harmony XL PRO services, Opus treatments, Hair Restoration, Cellutone, Peptides and facial appointments)

- Setting up for all services performed by a physician by the Wellness Clinic ( Botox, Fillers, Testosterone, IV therapy)

- Performing Consultations for all services offered in the Wellness Clinic

- Taking before and after photos of patients getting services

- Selling Packages for services

- Creating monthly specials for the wellness clinic along with quarterly event specials

- Creating Social media content and website content for the wellness clinic

- Selling accommodating skin care for services rendered.

- Promoting Finance services that are offered in the clinic such as Cherry Financing

- Managing Social media platforms and responding to inquiries

- Managing the Wellness Clinic Cell phone and being available at all working hours for clients/ patients.

- Shipping out weight loss supplies to out of state patients that are seen via Telemedicine

- Collecting appropriate balances for patient services rendered and tracking accordingly into Square.

- Documenting all services rendered in appropriate EMR (Boulevard)

- Staying up to date with competition in the area as far as marketing and cost of services.
