Overview

Pay: $15 an hour + Bonus For Every Client Seen and Tips

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Licensed Medical Aesthetician with strong clinical and sales abilities. The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience in a med spa or salon environment and feel confident recommending and closing retail and treatment packages.

The Licensed Medical Aesthetician will deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Experience with management tools such as Millennium and MINDBODY, along with social media management skills, is preferred to promote services and engage clients effectively.

Duties

• Provide skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage client appointments scheduling and follow-up.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales opportunities to enhance their treatment results.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols according to industry standards to ensure client safety and hygiene.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, check-ins, and answering client inquiries.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, showcase before-and-after photos, and engage with the community.
• Support retail sales efforts by upselling skincare products and treatment packages.

Skills

Required: Strong sales background with ability to close and upsell confidently

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license with experience in medical spa treatments.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols for medical aesthetic procedures.
• Experience with botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and other esthetic services preferred.
• Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Social media management skills for marketing purposes.
• Management experience is a plus for overseeing daily operations or supervising staff in a med spa setting.
