We are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our vibrant team at Cynthia Gregg MD, Face & Body Specialists, a highly regarded plastic surgery practice known for exceptional clinical care and outstanding patient outcomes. You must have 3+ years of experience in a medical setting, (physician’s office, clinic, full medical spa). In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments, helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals through personalized care and expert techniques. This is a full-time position with hours 8-5 Monday-Friday, no weekends or evening hours.
Responsibilities
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including ultrasound and lasers.
Provide consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions, recommend optimal treatments, and educate on skincare routines and product usage.
Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to practice policies and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety at all times.
See patients in a timely manner.
Adhere to the office culture of honesty, follow-through, treating patients with respect, and working cohesively with co-workers.
Assist with inventorying and ordering products for retail and office use.
Complete all required training and education on new products and services.
Foster relationships with patients to ensure trust.
Embrace teamwork and bring innovative ideas to improve the patient experience.
Generate and maintain accurate, timely patient charting and billing.
Participate in marketing activities.
Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Medical Aesthetician.
Proven experience in med spa settings or medical aesthetic practice.
Strong knowledge of medical office software for charting and scheduling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
Demonstrated expertise in skin care treatments and knowledge of medical-grade products.
Ability to perform treatments effectively while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism.
Knowledge of retail sales techniques to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment that values our patients and team collaboration.
