Bella Excellence is seeking a skilled, client-focused Licensed Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about results-driven skincare, advanced treatments, and delivering an elevated client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform customized facials and advanced skin treatments
• Provide services including HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and acne treatments
• Educate clients on skincare and post-treatment care
• Recommend and sell products and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate client records and a clean, compliant treatment environment
• Collaborate with providers to deliver comprehensive care

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Aesthetician license
• 1–3+ years of experience in a med spa or similar setting preferred
• Experience with HydraFacial and DiamondGlow strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare and treatments
• Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
• Comfortable recommending services and products

Compensation

• Hourly base pay (based on experience)
• Commission on services and product sales
• Benefits are offered to full-time employees
