Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performing advanced aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding client results and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laser treatments safely and effectively (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation, redness, vein treatments, etc.).
• Provide customized facials based on individual skin assessments
• Conduct microneedling treatments with precision and care
• Educate clients on treatment plans, pre- and post-care instructions, and skincare products
• Maintain accurate and thorough client records
• Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention
• Participate in creating and managing social media content (before/after photos, videos, treatment highlights, client education)
• Collaborate with the team to promote services, specials, and brand awareness across social platforms

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Aesthetician or Medical Aesthetician license (state-required)
• Active Laser certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with laser treatments, facials, and microneedling
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and advanced treatment techniques
• Experience with medical-grade skincare products preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
