Job Description

Located in Victoria, Texas, we are an established and professional Medical Spa offering state of the art skin treatments utilizing the latest in aesthetic medicine. We are seeking a talented, experienced, positive and motivated medical aesthetician with an exceptional personality to join our team. We offer a broad menu of services including lasers, chemical peels, body contour, facials and injectables.

We are willing to train the right applicant however, experience of 1-2 years as an Aesthetician working in a medical spa, cosmetic surgery or dermatology office is preferred.

Position is part-time (3 to 4 days) with the potential for full-time.

Hours of operation: Mon-Thursday: 9 am - 6:00pm Friday 9am -5pm

Responsibilities and Duties

• Laser Hair Removal, Skin Resurfacing, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Hydrafacials, Diamond Glow facial, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplane
• Perform Aesthetic Consultations via protocols and scope of practice guidelines
• Align with established protocols
• Create result oriented treatment plans based on skin analysis
• Manage daily flow for quality patient outcomes and business profitability
• Sales via client education
• Provide stellar customer service, professional bedside manner
• Patient education of procedure benefits and risks
• Create exceptional clinical outcomes
• Medical charting
• Equipment maintenance
• Laundry of spa towels and sheets
• Inventory of skin care retails and back bar

Qualifications and Skills

• Aesthetic school graduate, experience preferred but not required
• Current Texas Esthetician License and facials/peels/laser/microneedling cert.
• Highly Polished and Professional Appearance
• Esthetician experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Skin and muscle anatomy competent
• Ability to provide safe therapeutic treatments within scope of practice and license
• Strong sales background with ability to up-sell
• Time management skills
• Clinically competent, professional, understanding, patient, team player
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with LGBTQ+ clientele
• Willingness to learn our style and culture of business
• Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practices, standardized procedures, treatment protocols and training.
• Consistently positive and mature attitude

As a medical facility, we have very high standards and keep all required COVID-19 health facility precautions in place: masks, temperature checks, extra time in between patients for sanitation, limited patient capacity to allow for more time for cleaning.
