Administrative Support: Full support provided (HIPAA-Compliant Software, Credentialing, Billing, Scheduling)

The Role

We are seeking a Florida-licensed clinician (or license-eligible) with at least 2–3 years of experience in direct client services. Our ideal teammate is someone who enjoys working with a wide range of backgrounds and is committed to providing culturally competent care.

While we welcome all clinical backgrounds, we are particularly interested in candidates with specialized experience or a strong desire to focus on:

• Couples Therapy (Gottman, EFT, etc.)
• EMDR or other trauma-informed modalities

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of providing direct clinical services.
• Licensure: Active Florida license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist).
• Bilingual (Preferred): Proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is a significant plus given our diverse client base.
• Clinical Passion: A genuine interest in working with diverse populations and a commitment to evidence-based, compassionate care.
