Symmetry Counseling is expanding into North Carolina, and we're building our founding NC clinical team. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Chicago, Symmetry is a psychologist-owned group practice with a 14-year track record of supporting clinicians and clients. We're hiring fully licensed LMFTs, Licensed Psychologists, LCSWs, and LCMHCs for full-time and part-time W-2 telehealth positions serving clients across North Carolina.

What you'll do

Provide individual, couples, or family psychotherapy via telehealth to a caseload matched to your clinical interests
Complete clinical documentation in our EHR (templates and dictation supported)
Participate in optional case consultation and team meetings
Maintain your NC license in good standing
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused, Problem-Centered, and Systemic therapies.
Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to extend mental health services remotely while maintaining high standards of patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Valid licensure as a Mental Health Professional (e.g., LCSW, LCHMC, LMFT, and Licensed Clinical Psychologist in North Carolina).
Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based modalities.
Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms with a focus on patient engagement and confidentiality.

Pay: $70.00 - $115.00 per hour
