Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Reclaim Counseling and Wellness is a clinician-centered, family-run group practice dedicated to providing high quality, evidence-based mental health care while prioritizing therapist autonomy, support, and sustainability. We believe great care happens when clinicians feel supported, not overworked.

Our practice includes six offices across North Carolina, including Charlotte, Burlington, Wilmington, Hampstead, Raleigh, and Wake Forest. We also provide telehealth services throughout North and South Carolina.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated mental health therapist to join our Charlotte (SouthPark) office in a hybrid role. The position offers a balance of in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong in-person clinical presence. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. Experience with couples is a plus but not required.

ROLE STRUCTURE & FLEXIBILITY:

• Independent contractor (1099) position with compensation based on sessions seen
• Hybrid position with a mix of in-office and telehealth sessions
• Expectation of approximately 2-3 days per week in the Charlotte office
• Remaining sessions may be conducted remotely
• Opportunity to start part-time with the option to grow into a full-time caseload if desired

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide individual (and optional family/couples) therapy using evidence-based
• approaches
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and values
• Maintain timely, ethical clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families and outside providers when appropriate
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Uphold client confidentiality and professional standards of care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Active North Carolina license (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LCSWA, LMFT, or LMFTA)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work with empathy
