We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Licensed Therapist with an active Pennsylvania license to join our growing behavioral health team. This position is open to independently licensed clinicians, including but not limited to LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or other qualifying behavioral health licenses recognized in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise and a genuine passion for improving mental health outcomes across diverse populations. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy services utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and other clinically appropriate approaches.
- Deliver individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy based on clinical scope of practice.
- Provide services addressing anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, behavioral challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, primary care providers, case managers, and other support staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Engage in crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and professional standards, utilizing EMR systems.
- Provide services via in-person and/or telehealth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current, active Pennsylvania license in good standing (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent).
- Experience providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families within scope of licensure.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health diagnoses (DSM-5-TR), treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, clinical documentation standards, CPT coding, and ICD-10 diagnostic coding.
- Understanding of ethical standards and state licensing regulations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
