Hello and welcome to Comprehensive Wellness NW! We are a thriving mental health practice working alongside an Integrative Medical Clinic at SageMED Bellevue. We are looking for a licensed mental health therapist associate (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA) to join our group practice. We love connection and learning, offering flexible hours, both in office at our Bellevue location and telehealth visits, clinical supervision by Washington State approved supervisor included as well as group consultation and clinical grand rounds accessibility. Opportunity to work towards licensure, develop your skills and work flexibly with an amazing team of medical and mental health providers. We take care of all of the billing, credential process with insurance when ready and practice software. We would love to have a therapist join our group interested in couples and family therapy, as well as interest in individuals working with adults and teens. Qualifications
- Must hold a valid LMFTA or LMHCA license
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and maintaining medical documentation
-Interest and experience working with couples a BIG plus!
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to provide mental health counseling and behavioral health services
- Strong skills in psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, treatment planning and clinical risk assessments
- Experience working with children and teens
- Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma informed care
- Ability to work with diverse populations including individuals with co existing medical conditions
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, innovative, compassionate care
- Implement appropriate strategies and interventions to support improving mental health outcomes of our clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, medical providers, families, community members and schools as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation and coding using CPT coding standards.
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
