Insight Northwest Counseling is a family-owned, values-driven practice in Eugene offering integrated services across therapy, psychiatry, and psychological testing. We operate as an out-of-network practice (we don’t bill insurance directly), which supports a more personalized clinical experience and reduces administrative burden. You bring your expertise to client care; our team handles the behind-the-scenes support: scheduling, logistics, and practice operations—to keep your day running smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Conduct intake assessments; develop and update treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (in-person and telehealth)
- Document timely, clinically sound notes that meet Medicaid/commercial standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support coordinated care and outcomes
Qualifications
- Oregon-licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (or eligible)
- 2+ years of clinical experience
- Strengths in one or more: couples/relationship therapy, EMDR/trauma, child/adolescent care
- Comfortable with telehealth and working in an outcomes/accountability environment
Compensation & benefits
- $105K–$115K annually (based on caseload/experience)
