Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) – Telehealth (Florida)

Lewis Family Psychiatry is seeking a licensed therapist to join our fully remote telehealth practice serving patients across Florida. We provide mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults, and are looking for a compassionate, reliable clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and quality patient care.

This is a 100% virtual, 1099 contract position with flexible scheduling and a steady stream of referrals, allowing you to build a full caseload quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth platform
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers when appropriate
• Provide care to children, adolescents, and/or adults

Requirements

• Active Florida license in one of the following:
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
• Ability to provide telehealth services in Florida
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Prior telehealth experience
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking preferred)

Compensation

This is a 1099 contract position with flexible scheduling. Compensation is based on caseload and hours worked, with the opportunity to build a full schedule based on client demand and your availability.
