What You'll Do:

• Empower Clients: Provide exceptional therapy services, assessments, treatment plans and consultations to people who have experienced abuse

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Therapist: Valid licensure as a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) at this time registered interns will not be accepted.
• Technology Knowledge: Has knowledge and ability to use Google Suite and Electronic Health Record Systems (I.e. Simple Practice and Headway)
• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices. Must be trained or certified in EMDR
• Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to survivors of abuse (sexual trauma and domestic violence). Our practice is grounded in a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and feminist approach to care.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
