Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and licensed Mobile Massage Therapist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will travel to client homes, offices, and event sites to provide high-quality massage services, while delivering a seamless and professional client experience.-NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role with flexible scheduling — ideal for massage therapists who value autonomy and great earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive to and from client locations and event sites promptly and professionally, always wearing the company uniform.
• Transport, set up, and break down all necessary supplies and equipment for each appointment (massage table/chair, linens, music, products, etc.).
• Perform services exactly as booked and scheduled (examples include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, hot stones).
• Conduct brief pre-service consultations to confirm client expectations, health conditions, and any special requests.
• Maintain strict adherence to all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols required by your state licensing agency.
• Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring a comfortable, relaxing, and professional experience for every client.
• Maintain current licensure, liability insurance, and knowledge of current industry practices and trends.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, teammates, and management.
• Manage your schedule effectively to ensure on-time arrivals and timely service delivery.
• Refrain from engaging in personal or inappropriate conversations with clients at any time.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Massage Therapist License and Liability Insurance in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment independently (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs).
• Must supply and maintain your own professional-grade equipment and supplies.
• Previous experience in mobile massage or spa services preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt services to meet the individual needs of each client.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at every appointment.

Compensation:

• Same-day pay per service.
• Weekly earnings vary depending on the number of appointments completed.
• Tips and performance bonuses may be available.
