The Sole Sanctuary is a high-end, luxury pedicure spa specializing in natural nail care, toxin-free products, fume-free services, and wellness-focused hand and foot treatments. We are not a traditional nail salon—we provide a serene, spa-like environment where both clients and professionals can thrive. Our services prioritize health-conscious beauty, advanced techniques, and an elevated guest experience. We do not use e-files, and as a fume free spa, we do not offer acrylic or hard gel nail enhancements. We offer soak-off gel polish manicures, Structured Gel Polish over the natural nails, and simple nail art in addition to spa pedicures, luxury foot soaks, masks and other luxury sole services.

We are currently seeking licensed Nail Technicians, Estheticians, or Cosmetologists to join our rapidly growing team! Our ideal candidates are passionate about natural beauty, exceptional client care, and long-term career growth in a supportive, team-oriented spa setting.

What We Offer

• W-2 wages plus service commission, product sales commission, and 100% of your tips!
• Starting pay depends on experience and averages $150 per day with commission and tips

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available at least two or three days per week, including every-other Saturday.
• Set schedule, so you can make plans months in advance.
• Full shifts are required (no partial days).
• Monday - Saturday 9:30 AM – 7:15 PM (10 hours minus a 45 min- 1 hour lunch break).
• You can choose your own days, but must meet the scheduling requirements
• Must sign a one-year commitment contract upon hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide natural nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and premium hand treatments.
• Educate clients on toxin-free nail and skincare products and proper nail health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing spa environment.
• Offer exceptional guest experiences with a focus on luxury and wellness.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals in an upscale spa atmosphere.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and continuing education.
