Position Structure

Independent contractor roles
Part-time opportunities available
Full-time availability for providers who bring an existing clientele or are highly motivated to grow

Compensation & Support

Competitive commission split with bonus opportunities
No booth rent
No supply or product costs
Linens, equipment, and treatment space provided
Booking and front-desk support
Tips paid directly to the provider

Responsibilities

Nail Technicians

Perform manicures and gel services
Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols
Deliver a welcoming, professional client experience

Estheticians / Lash Technicians

Perform lash extensions and related services
Provide client consultations and aftercare guidance
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment space

What We’re Looking For

Valid New York State license for your specialty
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Reliability, professionalism, and integrity
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and client care
A collaborative mindset and respect for team culture

An existing clientele is a plus, but not required for part-time roles.
