We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and building lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement the services provided.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and client preferences.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of various techniques such as hair extensions, hair styling, dermabrasion, hair threading, barbering, and retail math is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Familiarity with upselling techniques in a retail environment is beneficial.
• A valid cosmetology or nail technician license is required.
