You will be responsible for performing a variety of nail treatments and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care techniques and be enthusiastic about staying current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments with precision and care.
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for home maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement nail services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the salon environment.

Requirements

• Valid Nail Technician license
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques
• Experience in retail sales is preferred to effectively promote products to clients.
• Familiarity with color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades for their nails.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in related nail beauty services is a plus but not mandatory.
