Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent

We have a couple open positions to join our growing team of licensed P&C sales agents with varying starting rates that depend on experience and premiums sold.

Some responsibilities that licensed P&C sales agent include (but are not limited to):

1. Seek new customers to sell insurance products to

2. Service existing customers with changes or new policies

3. Seek prospective clients through social media, in person events or through phone calls

4. Build relationships with business partners (Loan officers, realtors, so on) and clients

5. Be responsible for the profitable growth of the company each month and for contributing in achieving monthly sales goals, call goals, bonuses and much more.

6. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, their policies and other details in AMS daily.

7. Maintain correspondence with clients to remind payment of the premiums, maturity of the policies, etc.

Insurance agents interested in this position must have the following:

1. High school diploma (or equivalent)

2. State License (s) (Texas) to sell insurance (P&C) or in other states

3. Minimum 2 or more year's experience in the insurance sales field

4. Previous experience selling insurance and working for other agencies is helpful

*SERIOUS sales agents can earn annually up to $75,000 or MORE in the first year and the opportunity to earn up to $125,000 the second year, depending on the premium sold each month. The more you hustle and sale, the more you make.

We also offer paid time off after 6 months of employment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
