As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in our pharmacy operations by operating state-of-the-art automated packaging and dispensing equipment, fulfilling bulk prescription orders, and accurately staging finished items for shipment to our valued customers. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate across departments, providing support to various areas of the pharmacy as needed to keep operations running smoothly.


Location: On Site at Our Closed-Door Pharmacy in Westminster, CO

Salary range: Starting at $21/Hour (based on licensing and experience)

Schedule: PRN - Varying Hours and Days with Weekends and Holiday Coverage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and troubleshoot packaging and dispensing equipment
  • Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
  • Replenish supplies in packaging, dispensing, and staging areas
  • Respond promptly to equipment faults and workflow issues
  • Use systems such as Framework for order tracking
  • Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks
  • Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling
  • Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing
  • Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • National/State Pharmacy Technician License
  • - Current and in good standing
  • Basic computer skills required, along with a solid grasp of medical terminology, math, and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn new things
