Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored care plans that address individual needs across various settings such as hospitals, clinics, home health, and outpatient facilities
• Implement physiotherapy interventions including therapeutic exercises, trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and mobility training
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions between care environments
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes accurately
• Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, and patients recovering from acute care or surgery
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, physiotherapy exercises, and home care strategies to promote long-term wellness
• Stay current with medical terminology updates and advancements in physiology knowledge to deliver evidence-based treatments

Experience

• Proven experience in inpatient hospital settings with a strong understanding of acute care procedures and protocols
• Demonstrated success in outpatient clinics or home & community care environments delivering patient-centered physiotherapy services
• Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient documentation and treatment planning
• Hands-on experience with discharge planning processes for diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and trigger point therapy is highly desirable
• Strong background in anatomy knowledge and physiology fundamentals underpinning effective physiotherapy practices
• Prior work experience in home health or hospital environments that emphasizes patient care excellence

Pay: $60.00 - $62.00 per hour
