What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and patient education
• Help patients improve not only their current condition but their long-term health through education on exercise, sleep, stress management, hydration, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Collaborate closely with PTAs, rehabilitation aides, and fellow clinicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using WebPT EMR
• Participate in mentorship, case discussions, and continuing education
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What We're Looking ForRequired

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Current Hawaii Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for evidence-based practice
• Desire to continually improve as a clinician

Preferred

• Outpatient orthopedic experience
• Manual therapy experience
• Experience treating geriatric populations
• Cantonese or Mandarin speaking (a plus, but not required)
