What You'll Do

  • Deliver skilled treatment interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs
  • Monitor patient response and communicate progress with supervising PTs
  • Reinforce treatment plans and patient goals established by the Physical Therapist
  • Educate patients to improve compliance and confidence throughout recovery
  • Build strong patient relationships that improve outcomes and retention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinical environment
