What You'll Do
- Deliver skilled treatment interventions under the direction of the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional movement programs
- Monitor patient response and communicate progress with supervising PTs
- Reinforce treatment plans and patient goals established by the Physical Therapist
- Educate patients to improve compliance and confidence throughout recovery
- Build strong patient relationships that improve outcomes and retention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
