About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about patient care and enjoys building meaningful relationships with older adults. In this role, you’ll provide therapy services to residents within one community, working closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy services to seniors under the direction of a PT
• Carry out individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate updates to the supervising PT
• Ensure documentation and compliance standards are met
• Collaborate with community staff to support residents’ functional independence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active NC PTA license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to work with older adults
